Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking skilled Carpenters to join our manufacturing shop in High Point, North Carolina. This position is available on both first and second shifts. Benefits: • Weekly Pay • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance • 401(k) with a generous company match • Free Basic Life Insurance • Short & Long-Term Disability Schedule: • 1st Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary Location: 623 McWay Dr, High Point, NC 27263 Responsibilities: • Install architectural doors, walls, and trim • Handle material • Use power tools (e.g. circular saw, drill, reciprocating saw, etc.) • Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies • Work in a fast-paced team environment Education Requirements/Qualifications: • Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required. • Minimum of a high school education or equivalent • At least one year experience in wood or metal carpentry • Construction experience preferred Job Requirements/Special Skills: • Ability to speak and read either English or Spanish required • Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and layouts • Ability to work independently and on a team • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time • Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels

Carpentry Framer

JOBTITLE: Framer DEPARTMENT: Woodshop FLSASTATUS: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: WoodshopSupervisor SUMMARY Under the direction of the Woodshop Supervisor or Lead, the Framer isresponsible for the safe and efficient assembly of wood frames using a varietyof hand tools and power tools. Framers are required to work forty hours a weekand flexible for overtime as required.
