This position is available on both first and second shifts. Responsibilities • Receive and understand instructions from the glue line coordinator, Supervisor, or Management. • Follow work instructions to assure proper construction of mattresses. • Adhere to established glue line production procedures. • Assemble using specified gluing procedures, components into product according to customer requirements. • Clean gluing equipment and perform appropriate scheduled maintenance. • Maintain steady work pace in a high-volume atmosphere. Skills and Requirements: • Prior experience as a Gluer in fiber and foam preferred • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. • Must be able to work flexible hours, some weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to work with little or no supervision. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly throughout shift. • Successful passing of drug screen Non-Essentials Functions: 1.
