Construction Safety Expert

Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified Construction Safety Expert to join our team. As a Collegiate Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for teaching courses in construction safety, health, and well-being. The successful candidate will have expertise in construction safety, health, and/or well-being, as demonstrated by scholarly output and/or professional practice. A doctoral degree in construction or a closely related discipline is required. Responsibilities • Teach courses in the safety leadership major • Pursue and/or support safety-related research and innovation with scholarly outputs Requirements • A doctoral degree in construction or a closely related discipline • Demonstrated expertise in construction safety, health, and/or well-being • Documented experience with teaching and/or leading professional development workshops Preferred Qualifications • Evidence of teaching effectiveness in higher education • Evidence of a commitment to service • Record of publications in peer-reviewed outlets Benefits This is a nine-month, full-time appointment with an annual salary range of $105,000 - $120,000.
