Job Overview We are seeking a hard working Carpenter to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, though we are willing to train a motivated individual. This role will be responsible for performing high quality work under the supervision of experienced staff. Candidates should be prepared to help perform all aspects of construction from initial site work to final punch out. At Mountain View Builders we work on a variety of projects - big and small. This includes remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, to building decks and porches, to installing windows and doors, to building new custom homes and additions. Responsibilities • Perform tasks such as demoing, framing, drywalling, tiling, painting, finish carpentry and more on projects such as bathroom and kitchen remodels. • Perform tasks included in projects like deck construction such as laying out and digging footings, pouring concrete, framing, and installing decking and railings. • All responsibilities and tasks will be performed in a collaborative team environment, where teaching and fostering skill development is prioritized. Skills • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and best practices. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Job Summary: Snyder & Associates General Contractor is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and finishing structures and fixtures according to specifications and building codes.
