Project Closeout, Punch List, Misc Carpenter

Applicant should be able to do several trades including drywall, paint, trim work, doors, framing and exterior work. Full time Monday-Friday and with occasional Saturdays as needed. This position may require occasional few overnight stays in hotels on projects out of the metro area. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: • Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication. • Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, etc. • Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project. • Monitor, schedule and report on the activities of the company’s independent subcontractors. • Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of the subcontractors and job sites. • Perform carpentry work as needed; framing, misc. finish carpentry • Job-site clean up • Communication with property owners • Miscellaneous punchlist items • Other tasks as assigned Desirable Skills: • Drywall, paint, and trim work • Windows, doors and hardware • Framing and siding • Reading blueprints and shop drawings • Attention to detail • Documentation of daily tasks to various software • Ability to use various power and hand tools Programs Used: • BuilderTrend • MS Outlook • Trello • Slack • Bluebeam Benefits: • Medical, Dental and Vision with low premiums for you and eligible dependents • SIMPLE IRA Plan – Company match up to 3% • Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off
