Construction Laborer

Job Description The Construction Laborer plays a vital role at Running Y Properties, ensuring the resort's buildings and HOA properties are well-maintained. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to guests and owners, while meeting the physical demands of the position. Key Responsibilities • Respond to maintenance needs for Resort buildings, HOA properties, and rental units. • Perform general building maintenance, including interior and exterior tasks. • Conduct sign maintenance and upkeep. • Replace batteries, light switch plates, light bulbs, furnace filters, and foundation covers. • Clean air intake screens and reset air conditioners. • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and manage storage and inventory. • Maintain strong written and oral communication skills. • Provide carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, including preventative measures. • Operate a computer to record activities, communicate with teams, and provide billing information. • Maintain a clean and organized appearance. • Perform all other duties as required. Requirements • High school diploma preferred. • Oregon Driver's License. Physical Demands • Available to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours. • Proficient in computer skills for record-keeping, communication, and billing. • General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
