About the position Nash Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter to join our team in Truckee, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to the construction and repair of structures. This position requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety protocols. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specifications. The role involves working with various materials, including wood, plywood, and wallboard, and requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. The Journeyman Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures, as well as performing maintenance and repairs as needed. This is a full-time position with an expected work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
