Residential Construction Laborer

• Job Overview • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. • Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Perform tasks related to remodeling, including demolition, framing, finishing work, painting, caulking, basic plumbing and electrical. • Basic understanding in various flooring installations • Support cabinet installation processes, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings. • Collaborate with construction management to follow project plans and timelines. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site. Experience • Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred. We would like to see those familiar with flooring, painting, drywalling, basic plumbing and electrical . • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. • Proficiency in using various power tools and equipment commonly found on job sites. • Knowledge of construction estimating practices is a plus. • Experience with construction painting techniques is beneficial. • Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
