Site lead two or more carpenters as a key responsibility. Qualifications A thorough understanding of the construction process and associated tools. A high level of proficiency in finish carpentry; primarily wood products or comparable alternative materials. A solid understand of framing and reasonable understanding of the role of subcontractors and the timing of their interaction with the building process from start to finish. Experience as a lead carpenter or comparable leadership skills developed through other work experience.
