Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing and installing using different types of materials. Duties: - Build exterior and interior walls - Install floor trusses and put floor sheathing on - Install trusses and put roof sheathing on - Install soffit and fascia and siding - Install windows - Collaborate with other construction workers on-site Requirements: - Proven experience as a Carpenter with expertise in a variety of carpentry skills - Proficient in using hand and power tools to cut and shape materials - Knowledge of various carpentry techniques involving framing - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements - Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • On-the-job training • Tools provided Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 4x10 Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay Experience: • Frame carpentry: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Plover, WI 54467 (Required) Work Location: In person
