WHAT WE OFFER. • $25.00 – $35.00 per hour starting wage. • Interesting and challenging projects generally working Monday-Friday. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. • Physical Strength and Stamina. This is a hands-on, physical job. You’ll need to be able to work outdoors; lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day, as well as climb ladders, lifts and scaffolding. • Team Player. We work together to get the job done. A positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and take direction are a must. • Attention to Detail. Quality and safety are our top priority. We need team members who are aware of their surroundings, precise and committed to doing the job right. • Experience in carpentry (but we’re happy to train those new to the field).
