Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Carpentry Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in commercial construction. • Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry. • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Certification in carpentry or a related field is preferred.
