Carpenter- Top pay, full time (Rough or Trim/ Finish) - Multiple areas Southeast Wisconsin Area

We’re looking for reliable and skilled Carpenters to help build, install, and repair wood and metal structures and fixtures. These are full time, long term and weekly paid positions in the Milwaukee and surrounding counties. We are not requiring Carpenters to do both Rough and Finish. We have positions available in both fields. Finish Carpenter

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with 3-5 years of carpentry expertise. This role requires candidates to have strong experience in finish/rough carpentry, possess their own basic tools, and demonstrate a high level of safety consciousness. Opportunities are available to work throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Responsibilities • Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim, cabinetry, kitchen, and bath remodeling. • Perform rough carpentry tasks such as new construction and remodel framing • Work on projects in commercial settings such as new apartment construction. • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. • Utilize personal tools such as hammers, tape measures, and chalk lines effectively. • For the Milwaukee area role, travel to various job sites with compensation for distances over 30 miles. Essential Skills • 3-5 years of carpentry experience with a focus on finish carpentry. • Ability to safely operate basic carpentry tools. • Reliable transportation for the Milwaukee area position. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with restaurant and retail store projects. • Living in the city of Milwaukee is a plus for the RPP project. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage in behavioral-based interviews.
