Learn more at: www.admcontractors.com Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: • Perform demolition, structural rough framing, and finish carpentry tasks with precision. • Lead on-site activities, ensuring strict adherence to blueprints and specifications. • Install millwork such as doors, cabinets, trim, stairs, and crown molding. • Interpret and review construction plans daily to maintain installation accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to deliver top-tier remodeling projects. • Install beams, headers, LVLs, and other structural framing components. • Manage both interior and exterior construction tasks including porches, decks, and pergolas. • Ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant work practices. Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years of rough carpentry and structural framing experience in residential or new construction. • At least 6 years of finished carpentry experience is strongly preferred. • Strong leadership and job site management capabilities. • Skilled in reading and executing construction plans. • Own tools required for rough and finish carpentry tasks. • High attention to detail and ability to solve problems on the fly. • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. • Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation. • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
