We focus on Residential building as well as some Commercial work, including: new builds, additions, exteriors, and insurance mitigation & restoration. Job Overview We are looking to hire an additional lead carpenter that will help to implement our new build, exterior, and insurance projects. This candidate will be looked to as a leader - ready to lead a job-site and coach & teach the other carpenters on site. The lead carpenter will be responsible for making the necessary installation decisions, applying best practices, driving labor efficiency, and enforcing a clean job site. They must be able to work with minimal supervision, and help to enforce all health and safety standards on the job-site. The right candidate will have a good work ethic, show up on time, wear proper clothing, and possess their own hand tools & power tools.
