Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a decent background in the construction field. We as a whole mainly stay indoors so we focus on Kitchens, Baths, large remodels, trim work etc. We are a very busy company with a full schedule. The opportunity to work more hours is always available. Pay will depend on experience. Company tools and vehicles are provided but would like each carpenter to have their own set of personal tools such a s a drill/driver, Tool belt, hand tools. Duties • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Read and interpret blueprints/ Plans to determine project specifications. • Perform heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and tools. • Assemble furniture and other wooden structures according to design specifications. • Execute metal stud framing for walls and ceilings as needed. • Conduct construction painting to finish projects with quality craftsmanship. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. Requirements • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. • Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. • Experience with cabinetry and tile is prefered • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. • Proficiency in installation techniques for various carpentry projects. • Knowledge of construction painting methods and materials. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
