Position Summary We’re seeking a full-time Skilled Carpenter to join our team for both residential remodeling and new construction projects. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate full-time carpenters to utilize their skills on our high-end remodeling projects. As a carpenter your role will be to work under the direction of our lead carpenters to carry out the transportation and installation of various construction materials in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Two years of construction experience is required, and additional experience is preferred. Training in our procedures is provided for all employees as well as the opportunity to attend training seminars. Compensation is an hourly rate based on level of experience; plus, quarterly bonuses based on company performance. Performance based raises are given at 3 months, 6 months, then yearly.
