Job Title: Carpenter Job Description Join our team as a Carpenter, where you will work on exciting projects including retail stores, multi-family condominiums, and apartments. You will be engaged in both framing and finishing carpentry, with projects taking place in vacant buildings. This specific project is expected to last 4-6 months, providing a great opportunity to showcase and enhance your carpentry skills. Responsibilities • Assist with framing carpentry tasks. • Perform finishing carpentry duties. • Ensure all work is completed to high standards in vacant commercial and residential buildings. Essential Skills • Proven experience in roughing and finishing carpentry. • 1+ years of steady work experience in carpentry. • Dependability, punctuality, and productivity in work tasks. Work Environment Work as a subcontractor on projects with large General Contracting companies, focusing on residential remodeling, commercial, and multi-family projects. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, with potential make-up hours on Friday due to weather conditions. Typical work hours range from 6am to 4:30pm or 6:30am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
