US Tech Force is actively seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter for a well-established construction company in Green Bay, WI. Ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude, be able to follow verbal and written instruction, possess excellent attendance history (punctual/reliable/dependable), have an eye for quality work and high attention to detail skills. • **This is a traveling position via company vehicles, that does include overnight stays during the week depending on the job location*** Finish Carpenter Qualifications: • Ability to operate wide variety of hand and power tools • Installing interior pre-hung doors, bypass door frames and doors, bi-fold door frames and doors, and exterior door frames with brick molding • Ability to cut and install casing around door frames/doors/windows, base trim throughout, and all around attention to detail and eye for quality when installing • Installing wall cabinets and base cabinets, includes final touches like puttying nail holes, caulking countertops to walls, and installing cabinet hardware, etc. • Installing and scribing / fitting laminate countertops to walls • Installing crown molding, loose toe kick, cabinet scribe, and base shoe on / around cabinets • Cutting and installing particle board treads and risers for staircases up to code • Cutting and installing staircase handrails up to code Finish Carpenter Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Pre-employment drug screen • National background check • Ability to provide own personal tools • Proven experience in carpentry trade • Ability to handle physical workload and required weekly travel Wage Information: Highly Competitive $$$$ USTF-gb Resumes can be sent to greenbay@ustfjobs.com

We are looking for experienced carpenters willing to work in the greater Green Bay area! Our company builds custom homes and has been doing so for 29 years. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm We offer perks such as paid vacations, some paid holidays, and more! Responsibilities: • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other material • Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials • Performing repairs on existing framework structures that are damaged or structurally unsound. • Examining building materials to identify any defects • Performing cleanups of job sites by clearing away all carpentry debris and waste. • Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts. • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Skills: • Framing, Sheeting, Cutting, Measuring • Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation for cutting, shaping, and joining materials • Strong blueprint reading skills to understand project specifications • Ability to handle heights (climbing on roofs) • Ability to heavy lift (50 -60 Ilbs) • Able to work in outside conditions (we still work through the winter season) • Tool Belts strongly recommended • High school diploma or GED • Associate's degree in carpentry or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship. We are seeking a finish carpenter to become a Kitchen Refresh franchisee focusing on a kitchen remodeling alternative to painting or full replacement of kitchen cabinets. The franchisee owner-operator would be responsible for a territory in the Green Bay area. Job Requirements: • Conduct prompt and professional communication with leads and clients • Perform in-home, design studio, and virtual consultations • Deliver estimate at time of consultation using Quickbooks • Able to convey kitchen remodel expertise, handle objections, and ask for order at time of consultation • Remit cutlist orders to home office for new doors, drawer fronts, panel ends, drawer boxes, and related items • Coordinate painting of only the cabinet boxes • Safely operate power tools including various saws, drills, nail gun, etc. • Remove existing doors and drawer fronts • Install all new doors and drawer fronts, panel ends, etc. • Able to remove or add some cabinets to accommodate layout changes as needed • Able to install cabinet box rollouts and trash pullouts • Able to cut and install crown moulding and soffit extensions • Follow proven marketing, sales, and installation processes • Must have a valid driver's license • Must be able to communicate effectively in English As a Kitchen Refresh franchisee, you would be buying into the Kitchen Refresh kitchen remodeling system and would be responsible for serving and maintaining a defined territory. Kitchen Refresh franchises are independently owned and operated. The hourly wage range is an estimate based on profit rates of product sales relative to time spent on business. Actual pay rate may be more or less depending on how closely you follow the systems and other factors. Franchisees can also earn additional profits on upsell and cross sale opportunities.
