Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications. • Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, plywood, and other framing materials. • Construct frameworks for walls, floors, roofs, stairways, and partitions. • Install temporary bracing and scaffolding to support structures. • Inspect and verify accuracy of cuts, alignments, and joins to meet building codes and quality standards. • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. • Work with concrete forms, sheathing, and rough-ins for doors, windows, and openings. • Collaborate with other trades and team members to keep projects on schedule. • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times.
