Baseline Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints and plans • Measure, cut, and shape lumber into multiple structural components • Assemble the framework using nails, screws, and fasteners • Verify final work meets original specifications and is in compliance with building codes and regulations • Maintain a clean, organized job site and dispose of waste material properly • Troubleshoot any problems and make repairs or adjustments where needed Skills: • Proficiency in reading blueprints • Ability to measure, cut and shape wood • Critical thinking • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments Qualifications: • Sense of hustle • Willingness to learn Education Requirements: • High School diploma or GED.
