The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, including experience with framing, finishing, and installation of various materials. Must be good working with hand tools, good work ethics, able to work in all weather conditions and able to lift 100 lbs. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with team members on projects to complete remodeling projects efficiently. • The lead carpenter will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed according to plan and on time • Experience with bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and decks. • Abilities to read and understand blueprints and work orders. • Abilities to keep workspace clean in a safe working environment. • Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
