The Solomon Organization has an opportunity for experienced Carpenters to join our renovations/construction team to complete renovations at Fifteen98 Naperville Apartments in Naperville. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time year-round position. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-year previous experience in a related field of carpentry, preferably home/apartment renovations. Pay commensurate with experience. Hours of operation are 8am - 5pm. POSITION DETAILS: To be responsible under the supervision of the Facilities Manager for all phases of apartment unit and common area rehabilitation including, but not limited to demolition of units; staging and planning of new finish installation; millwork installation; ceramic tile installation; laminate flooring installation; trim, doors, and other finish carpentry as required to deliver a finished product to the apartment preparation team.
