Oak Park Place is looking to hire a dependable laborer/carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver and able to handle variety in their work assignments. This individual should be highly self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as a member of a team. You will be responsible for performing quality work in the laborer/carpenter role in a safe and efficient manner while following applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations along with our established policies and procedures. Job description includes but not limited to the following: • Willing and physically capable of performing carpentry tasks • Capable of persisting through challenging work flow often accompanying the remodeling process in a positive manner • High commitment to quality and customer service is required. • Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites • Operate tools at construction sites • Aid craft workers • Clean construction sites • Experience with hand and power tools is required. • Accurately build and install windows, doors and cabinets • Good with numbers, measurements, and knowledge of how to read blueprints • Organization and cleanliness is a must • Work with team members cohesively and working independently • Willingness to learn and adapt to our methods and processes • Take safety of yourself and team members seriously • Must be quick on your feet, a self-starter • Show efficiency and provide quality work. Trim Carpenter

Job Title: Trim Carpenter Job Description As a trim carpenter on this project, you will be installing cabinets and doors on a commercial apartment complex. You will be working with a team of trim carpenters completing tasks in a timely fashion. Responsibilities • Perform general labor tasks on construction sites. • Assist concrete and carpentry crews with their tasks. • Utilize hand and power tools effectively. • Participate in demolition and construction activities. Mid-Level Carpenter/ Journeyman

Dane Building Concepts is a successful construction company in Dane county. Our work mostly consists of new homes, additions, basements, kitchens, and whole house renovations. We take pride in our growing team and our standard of quality. All of our carpenters are required to be skilled in many of the steps involved in our projects. That means there is always a variety of work, and we can guarantee 40 hours per week all year round. There are a few skills that we require and many that we are willing to train on the job. 5 Years of Carpentry experience required including at least 2 years of Finish Carpentry.
