Position Overview: As a Carpenter, you will be an integral part of Aldo Partners' construction team, working under the supervision of the Site Superintendent, Lead Carpenters, you will participate in various aspects of construction, including: • Demolition and Framing • Insulation and vapor barrier installation • Window and door installation • Siding and Exterior Coverings • Cabinet and Finish Carpentry Beyond daily tasks, you will be expected to uphold Aldo Partners’ core values, mentor team members, and actively contribute to the company’s long-term growth and success. Key Responsibilities: • Arrive on time, prepared, and alert for each workday, setting an example for team members. • Participate in daily team meetings to establish objectives, goals, and expectations. • Maintain essential tools of the trade and submit requests for additional tools as needed. • Report job site injuries, equipment damage, or vehicle accidents immediately to a supervisor. • Keep the job site clean and organized daily to maintain a safe and efficient workspace. • Follow company and job site procedures, manuals, and safety policies at all times. • Operate machinery as required, including forklifts and SkyTrak (if certified). • Assist in interpreting and executing blueprints, project plans, and specifications. • Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained at the end of each workday. • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. • Think creatively and proactively to identify solutions to construction challenges. • Work towards continuous skill development, with opportunities for advancement within the company.
