Core Accountabilities/Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This list is not all inclusive · Maintain a clean and safe jobsite. · Move lumber and materials as needed around jobsite under the direction of the foreman. · Build new construction homes under the direction of the foreman. Minimum Qualifications: · Knowledge of using power tools, nail guns, levels, and other hand tools. · Comfortable working on ladders and heights. · Comfortable working in all types of weather conditions. · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. · Valid Driver’s license with reliable transportation. Jobsite location changes for every project. Work Environment: · This is a fast paced, outdoor environment. Site conditions can change quickly with weather. · Year-round work.
