Key Responsibilities: • Lead full basement, kitchen, addition and other carpentry projects (framing to finish) • Read blueprints and interpret design plans • Install cabinets, doors, trim, flooring, and custom carpentry features • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Frame walls, ceilings, additions, etc. • Supervise junior carpenters and subcontractors as needed • Ensure safety, quality and timely project completion • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and timelines • Collaborate with various trades and designers on site Requirements • 10+ years of construction or remodeling experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) • Strong framing and finish carpentry skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Positive attitude and desire to help people • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to lead small teams and work independently • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks • Basic knowledge of power tools and construction techniques • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
