Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional • Create, present, and sell project estimates. • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial • properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, • painting, and drywall repair. • Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs. • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality • standards. • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates • on the status of projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all • times. • Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed. • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed • customer expectations. Qualifications These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position: • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with proficiency in various trades and repair techniques. • Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. • Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs. • Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle. • Able to lift 50 pounds independently. • Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time. • Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 annually and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman.
