Job Title: Pipefitter/Welder – COMMERCIAL Job Overview We are hiring a skilled Pipefitter/Welder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial pipefitting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with refrigeration systems and DX piping, and the ability to read blueprints and perform precise installations in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and piping layouts. • Install and fit various types of commercial piping systems, including black steel, copper, and PVC. • Perform welding tasks as needed – flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead (6G preferred). • Work specifically with refrigeration and DX (direct expansion) piping. • Assist in layout, rigging, and pipe support installation. • Operate power tools, pipe threading machines, and cutting torches safely and efficiently. • Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with job specs and code standards. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
