Assemble and install hangers, pipes, and fittings using couplings, clamps, flanges, bolts, pro press, soldering, brazing, and tack welding. Use a cutting torch to cut and bevel steel pipe • Performs pipe welding primarily in a 1G position. Must pass a test in 6G position. • Piping systems include Chilled Water, Heating Water, Refrigeration, Condensate, Steam, and Condenser Water piping • Understand installation of piping systems according to the contract drawings, shop drawings, and details • Keeps work area clean and in an orderly condition.
