As a MIG/TIG Welder II, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to ensure the highest quality products are produced. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all welding projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential to your success in this role. This is a full‑time hourly position with opportunities for growth within the company. Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications • Experience with welding equipment and tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Experience with metal fabrication • Experience welding thin sheet metal Qualifications • Certification in MIG and TIG welding • Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding • Experience with welding inspection Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools • Weld and fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills As a MIG/TIG Welder II, you will use your welding skills and knowledge of welding techniques to fabricate metal components to the highest quality standards. You will also use your attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure that all welding projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with welding equipment and tools will allow you to set up and operate welding equipment with ease. Finally, your strong communication skills will enable you to work effectively with our production team to ensure that all welding projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
