Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG welding and fabrication, with the ability to work on various projects including lift kits, leveling kits, and 16 gauge and 1/4 fabrication. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using tools such as torches, forklifts, and grinders. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety for parts applied to trucks. Responsibilities • Perform welding tasks using mig welding techniques on various materials. • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. • Utilize calipers and basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately. • Operate forklifts safely to move materials around the truck without compromising the integrity of the aesthetics. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Experience • Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably with lift kits and mechanics of trucks. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Familiarity with tools. • Previous experience operating forklifts and is preferred but not mandatory.
