The ideal candidate will be skilled in both TIG (GTAW) and stick (SMAW) welding processes with the ability to perform high-quality welds on piping and structural components in various positions. Responsibilities: • Perform TIG root passes and stick fill/cap passes on structural steel. • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and project specifications. • Prepare fit and weld materials including carbon steel and stainless steel. • Ensure welds meet project standards, codes and safety requirements. • Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
