Responsibilities • Perform Stick welding and other welding techniques to fabricate metal components. • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards during all fabrication processes. • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to projects. • Operate machinery such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment. • Conduct pipe threading as required for specific projects. • Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in fabrication. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience • Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a focus on Stick welding preferred. • Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to welding practices. • Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations in fabrication tasks. • Experience with pipe threading, machining, plasma cutting, and operating press brake machines is advantageous. • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics is essential for success in this role. Hollow Metal Welder, Fabricator, Warehouse, Field Technician

Under the direct supervision of the shipping and receiving manager the shipping, receiving and inventory specialist coordinates activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment within company Domestic Customer Portfolio, exception managements, and system efficiency; focus on meeting customer needs with emphasis on safety, productivity, and improvement. Works closely with Customer Care team and co-workers with interaction with Project managers, Sales and Marketing when required. Under the direct supervision of the plant manager the hollow metal shop welder/fabricator performs precision manufacturing, fabrication, welding, smoothing, polishing, cutting, punching or grinding of metal objects using a variety of equipment while ensuring safe operation and execution. Under the direct supervision of the Door and Hardware Service Scheduler will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. May Installs aluminum and steel frames, thresholds and various types of doors with on the job training.
