Laser Welder

Job Summary - 1st Class Welder The 1st Class Welder is responsible for leading and executing all welding activities at MAN, including in-house and subcontracted work. This role involves programming automated laser cladding repairs, developing welding procedures (WPS/WPQR), maintaining weld documentation, inspecting welds, and ensuring equipment is maintained. The position also includes subcontractor auditing and supporting efficient repair operations.
