We offer competitive pay and Day 1 benefits.Duties and Responsibilities: As a Welder I at the Caterpillar facility in Victoria Texas, you can take pride in working together to safely build quality attachments that enhance the productivity and utility of Caterpillar machines, equipping them for a wide range of tasks and operating requirements.As a welder, you'll receive a competitive pay starting between $18.55 up to $24.05 per hour. Over time, based on performance, attendance and business need, there is opportunity to promote to higher welder positions.We offer a total rewards package that provides day one benefits (medical, dental, vision, RX, and 6% matching 401K).You'll have the opportunity for pay increases based on skills and performance, as well as an annual opportunity for a merit increase, and a quarterly bonus. As a Caterpillar welder in Victoria, Texas you will: Hand weld in multiple positions to create parts using semi-automatic MIG welders and .052 solid wire. Use robotic welding technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency. Perform advanced welding techniques, all while using safety, quality and standard work. Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and product. Work in one and two-person weld zones that are clean that are clean, well ventilated, safe and equipped with the latest technologies. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as required or available. Commit to being on-time and reliable. Basic Qualifications: Possess a welding certification OR a minimum of 6 months experience as a welder. Ability to work from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as required or available. Must be 18 years of age or olderAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.Must have the ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly Top Candidates will also have: Experience MIG welding Ability to read blueprints. Ability to work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Tools/WorksAbility to work well individually and in a team environment. MIG Welder-Manufacture

MIG Welder – Sheet Metal Our client is searching for experienced MIG Welders to join their fabrication team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for welders who take pride in precision and consistency. What You’ll Do • Perform MIG welding on sheet metal using .035 and .030 wire. • Weld 10–40 parts per day, depending on job size and complexity. • Work primarily on your feet, welding throughout the shift. • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality. • Assist with set-up, adjustments, and basic maintenance of welding equipment. • Cross-train on CNC machines to broaden your skills and support production needs.
