Maintenance Fabricator

Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Fabricator for Chemical Warehouse Operations. Technical Responsibiities • Exhibit basic mechanical and electrical knowledge of the facility. • Execute PM (Preventative Maintenance) as outlined by the PM Program. • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment. • Fabricate by means of welding/cutting/brazing/machining equipment and piping as required. • Effectively and efficiently repair plant equipment as required. • Ensure assigned Work Orders are processed completely in a timely manner. • Coordinate contractors as necessary. • Ensure PSM (Process Safety Management) compliance when performing activities for the plant. • Participate in the MOC (Management of Change) program as necessary. • Proactively identify potential mechanical/electrical failures and rectify issues. • Participate in installations and decommissions. • Create POs (Purchase Orders) for required maintenance supplies. • Receive maintenance materials into SAP. • Maintain basic knowledge of environmental and safety rules. • Maintain spare parts inventory for fabrication supplies. • Adhere to Safety standards and PPE requirements. • Participate in Incident Investigations as necessary. • Provide daily maintenance department support. • Perform duties as outlined by the ERP (Emergency Response Plan). • Be available for maintenance “on-call” rotation. • Notify the Maintenance Supervisor of any abnormalities found while performing job functions. • Additional duties as assigned Environmental: • Dispose of maintenance byproduct and waste responsibly, following environmental guidelines. • Collaborate with the team to ensure environmental sustainability practices are upheld. • Ensure compliance in regulated portions of the plant as outlined by the Regulatory Compliance Manager. • Provide input on equipment upgrades, modifications, and replacements, considering environmental impact. #LS-TS1
