We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting • Food provided Responsibilities: • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to fabricate metal structures and components. • Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. • Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. • Utilize cutting torches, grinders, and other hand tools as necessary. • Conduct quality inspections to ensure welded components meet specifications. • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator. • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. • Experience with fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, and shaping metal. • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials. • Welding certification is preferred but not required. Welder

SUMMARY Construction, maintenance, modification and repair of company equipment. This is a safety sensitive position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs diagnosis and repair on equipment and/or structure for problems in accordance with company and industry standards and safety procedures • Performs maintenance, repair, fabricating, welding, remodeling and construction on a variety of metal products from samples and sketches • Performs manual forging, shaping, straightening, sizing, dressing and heat treating of metal products • Operates acetylene acting torch, welding machine, mig machine, and grinders • Inspects and maintains equipment and work area ensuring a clean, safe and hazard free work environment and equipment in proper working condition • Keeps proper records of materials used and hours worked for billing purposes • Maintains and orders adequate stock of all necessary supplies • Inspects completed work for conformance to established specifications • Leads or supervises the work of other welders on assigned job orders as needed • May be requested to work outside of normal work schedule to meet customer needs • Performs other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education • Previous welding experience with a minimum of one year experience • Must have certification or ability to pass a welding test • Ability to operate various kinds of welding equipment in a safe manner • Ability to read and understand blueprints, sketches and charts • Ability to work in a team environment and perform under all types of weather and physical conditions • Ability to interact with others and communicate effectively COMPUTER • Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings.
