The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. You must be able to interpret technical drawings and blueprints, follow safety protocols, and ensure all work meets high-quality standards. This role requires precision, strength, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments. Inspect completed welds for structural soundness and adherence to specifications. Set up components for welding according to specifications. Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation and safety. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and other team members as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Skills: Experience with fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., grinders, saws, plasma cutters). Familiarity with different metals and their welding properties.
