Job Title: Welder- Paying up to $28/hr! Job DescriptionThe Welder Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication and welding of components used in production, ensuring all work meets drawing specifications, safety protocols, approved weld procedures, and quality assurance standards. This role requires technical skill, precision, and a strong focus on safety and detail.ResponsibilitiesFit and weld complex assemblies in accordance with standard work and blueprints.Consistently perform quality welds using GTAW processes in positions 1F through 4F.Safely and effectively operate various hand and air tools, including die grinders, angle grinders, drills, skill saws, and gouging equipment.Maintain close attention to precision measurements and fabrication details to ensure high-quality results.Demonstrate quality-at-source practices by self-inspecting work and maintaining high standards throughout the fabrication process.Safely perform complex crane lifts as required by the job.Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience with MIG, Flux, and TIG welding processes, with a strong emphasis on MIG welding.Proficiency in interpreting and working from blueprints.Ability to perform precision measurements.Knowledge of industrial welding and fabrication standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in pipe welding and stainless steel welding is advantageous.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team that values growth and development, offering opportunities for career advancement into leads, management, or field job roles after one year of employment.
