Welder Fabricator

The Welder Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication and welding of components used in production, ensuring all work meets drawing specifications, safety protocols, approved weld procedures, and quality assurance standards. This role requires technical skill, precision, and a strong focus on safety and detail. Roles & Responsibilities • Fit and weld complex assemblies in accordance with standard work and blueprints. • Consistently perform quality welds using GTAW processes in positions 1F through 4F. • Safely and effectively operate various hand and air tools, including die grinders, angle grinders, drills, skill saws, and gouging equipment. • Maintain close attention to precision measurements and fabrication details to ensure high-quality results. • Demonstrate quality-at-source practices by self-inspecting work and maintaining high standards throughout the fabrication process. • Safely perform complex crane lifts as required by the job. • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity. Education & Experience • Minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Completion of a Welding Certificate program. • CWB certification or C-Ticket (or higher) is considered a strong asset. Lead Welder 1st and 2nd Shift

The Bionic Welder Granbury, Texas About Us The Bionic Welder produces complex parts using Laser Cutting, CNC forming and Robotic welding. Some of the equipment we utilize is 2 Axis Tube Laser For cutting multiple shapes; square, rectangular, and round tubing, and Automated Tube cutting System which allows accurate cutting of varying lengths. We use high-strength low Alloy material as a standard for most of our steel products. By using multiple axis positioners and welding robots, we can weld many parts completely without re- fixturing. Our welding methodology is superior to standard welding practices. CNC forming machines with 6 axis back-gauge than can hold multiple shapes. Automated deburring systems assure your parts are burr free. We work with our customers and help design their parts to provide the optimal welding joint configuration. The Position: Welder – 2nd Shift 2 pm to 10:30 pm We are expanding. Looking to hire two welders. Must be able to read blueprints and understand welding symbols. Must be able to weld multiple alloys (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum). Bonus if you have welding experience on ABB and or OTC Robotic Welding Machines. Essential Responsibilities: · Must be able to Mig and Tig multiple alloys. · Must be able to read and interpret drawings and welding symbols · Able to build fixtures as needed to align and weld parts to print · Assists with additional projects as assigned. · Ability to utilize standard inspection tools to verify parts meet print specifications. • Ability to work in high pressure situations under deadlines. • Performs routine maintenance on equipment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication equipment • Must know how to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers, gages, etc.) • Knowledge of welding and final assembly of complex metal assemblies. • Must pay close attention to detail. • Set up and operate fabricating machines such as shears, brake presses, and punches, to cut, bend, block, and form or straighten materials. • Investigate machine settings to increase quality, machine performance, and throughput. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/skills: • Minimum of two years of experience as a welder Position Type: Full Time · Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule: • 8-hour shift M-F, overtime and weekends as needed • Experience with ABB and OTC robotic welders a plus • Proficient in shop math, including geometry and conversions. • Ability to successfully work with cross-functional team members such as engineering, programming, scheduling, purchasing, and sales. • Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift Ability to Commute: • Granbury, TX 76049 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Granbury, TX 76049: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
