You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing job paperwork, close-out documents, possible site inspection, and monthly meetings with Project Management staff. The job will include measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules. This position also includes minor electrical work and working from heights and enclosed spaces, so you should be comfortable in all scenarios. The Lead Installer will be responsible for jobs in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey region, with travel to other states as needed. Overnight travel may be required. Solar installation is largely outdoor work, and installers are expected to dress appropriately for the weather. No one will be asked to work under unsafe conditions.
