Key Responsibilities: • Quickly respond to incoming inquiries and warm leads generated by our marketing initiatives and Field Team. • Engage in in-depth conversations to identify potential customers' challenges, pain points, and aspirations. • Utilize active listening skills to gather extensive information effectively. • Propose tailored solutions that resonate with the prospect's specific needs and objectives. • Skillfully overcome objections and negotiate terms to successfully close sales. • Maintain a strong focus on achieving and surpassing assigned sales quotas. • Regularly update our CRM systems with detailed insights from your customer interactions. • Proactively seek new leads within your designated territory to ensure a robust sales pipeline. • Customize product demonstrations to emphasize the most relevant features for the prospect. • Address any questions or concerns effectively, both during and after demonstrations, to keep prospects engaged. This role is ideal for a candidate with approximately two to three years of sales experience. With our uncapped commission and paid training model, first year reps average between $100k-$125k OTE.
