Qualifications & Skills • High school diploma or GED required. • 1–2 years of experience in electrical work, roofing, or solar installation preferred (but not required). • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools, hand tools, and basic electrical testing equipment. • Ability to work at heights for extended periods, including climbing ladders, working on roofs, and navigating uneven surfaces. • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods. • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality craftsmanship. • Dependable work ethic and punctuality are a must. • Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites or company office, as required.
