The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems, hands-on field experience, and the ability to work independently or within a crew. This role involves both electrical and mechanical tasks across diverse weather conditions and terrain. Key Responsibilities: • Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PV systems and related electrical/mechanical components. • Interpret and work from low and medium voltage plans, wiring/control diagrams, and equipment data sheets. • Execute verbal and written instructions with precision and attention to detail. • Respond to on-call weekend dispatches when required. • Foster a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.
