Position Summary As a Service Technician working on the Service Team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing residential solar systems of SunnyMac's customer base. Duties and Responsibilities • Practice safety standards • Troubleshoot and repair solar panel system issues • Respond to service calls from Service department • Perform leak investigations • Maintain jobsite cleanliness and order • Interact with customer while at worksite onsite Requirements and Qualifications • Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history. • Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights. • Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder. • Must be able to work in all types of weather. • Must be a team player. • Must enjoy interacting with homeowners. • Foster a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude. • Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company). • Must have reliable transportation. • Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.
