Solar Installer – Residential Removal & Reinstall Crew

Solar Installer – Residential Rooftops About Us We’re a forward-thinking company in the renewable energy industry, looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Installer to join our crew. You’ll assist with the removal and reinstallation of solar panel systems on residential rooftops in the greater Baltimore and Washington, DC areas. Most of our projects involve customers who already have solar, so the work is primarily rooftop-based — but you should also be comfortable working in attics, garages, and around electrical equipment when needed. Key Responsibilities • Safely remove and reinstall solar panels on residential rooftops • Work as part of a 3-person crew to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule • Follow company and OSHA safety protocols at all times — safety is non-negotiable • Assist with wiring, conduit runs, and system commissioning (with training as needed) • Perform occasional work in attics, garages, or other areas required for system completion • Keep the job site clean, organized, and professional • Communicate with the Crew Lead and other team members to ensure high-quality work Qualifications • 2+ years of residential rooftop solar installation experience • Comfortable working on pitched roofs, ladders, and in various weather conditions • Basic understanding of wiring, stringing, and conduit bending is a plus • Experience with SolarEdge or Enphase systems • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks What We Offer • Competitive panel pay – the faster you work, the more you earn (no penalties for being efficient) • Paid time off • Growth opportunities – we promote from within and invest in your development Work Location: Projects are throughout the greater Baltimore and DC areas
