Area/ Regional Field Manager – Solar

Maryland (Field-Based) We're looking for a semi hands-on, experienced Solar Operations Manager to lead, support, and grow our field teams in Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who knows the ins and outs of residential solar and enjoys balancing team leadership, quality control, and operational support. What You’ll Do: • Act as the key field leader for our solar operations in Maryland • Ensure teams have the right materials and tools to succeed on every job • Support and coach crews to meet safety, quality, and installation standards • Fill in on installs when a tech is sick or when a team needs extra hands • Work closely with our ops leadership to improve processes and team performance • Help onboard and train new team members as we grow in the region What You Bring: • 4+ years of experience in residential solar installation • Strong working knowledge of SolarEdge, Enphase, conduit bending, and system wiring • Familiarity with NEC and solar quality/safety standards • Ability to lead by example in the field and solve problems on the fly • Comfortable managing multiple crews and supporting logistics Bonus if you have: • Journeyman or Master Electrician license (not required) • Experience managing warehouse logistics or materials for solar jobs • A background in scheduling or solar project coordination Why Join Us?
