Account Manager

Our account managers support clients from the design phase through project completion to ensure smooth project execution. We strive to offer the highest quality solar products and have 7 locations, including in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Boston, Austin, Tampa, Dallas, and our newest in Trenton, NJ. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Riverton, NJ. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating with the warehouse for inventory management, assisting clients with the design phase and throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of products, and following up on project completion. The Account Manager will work closely with sales and technical teams to provide the best solutions to meet clients' solar needs. Qualifications • Experience in account management, customer service, and client relationship management • Knowledge of solar products and the solar industry; experience with Solar PV systems is a plus • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively with different teams • Proficiency in inventory management and sales coordination • High attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Solar Designer

Design residential and commercial solar energy systems. Create plans for system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities. • Create preliminary solar designs for initial customer presentations using Aurora and/or Scanifly(Drone Experience Desirable). • Design photovoltaic (PV) systems, including fixed tilt, ground‐mounted, and carport solar PV systems, for residential and commercial buildings. • Prepare energy models and conceptual design deliverables in support of business development and new product/vendor integration. • Update customer proposals in Excel with relevant system design information. • Work with project team to execute projects on time and on budget. • Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives. • Recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance. • Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency. • Other functions as necessary or as assigned.
