Partner with our mother companies to establish best practices for equipment. Identify and onboard new equipment sources to enhance performance and reduce costs. Proactively research and assess the latest market technologies and competitor practices. Build and maintain the skills and expertise of the Project Engineering team. Collaborate with plant teams to enhance the maintenance teams' skills and expertise. Lead projects across facilities, from planning and funding justification to execution. Ideal if the person lives near Somerset, Kentucky, or In Jackson, Tennessee. They will have much less travel as they will do most of their work in those plants and will split up the travel to whatever plant that doesn't have someone living near it. They will be considered non-degreed and from any industry. This role will support the control aspects of new equipment installations, new product line launches, plant expansions, and managing specification changes., Ideally, they would like to pay 90-100K but will consider going up to 130K based on candidates' experience. If the candidate does not have a degree and 6 years of experience they will pay 110K only. Found out the hard way.
