Job Description Summary The Industrial Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of system-controlled robotics, machine tools and equipment. Job Description Essential Responsibilities • As the Industrial Mechanical Technician, you will: • Identify and evaluate the condition of equipment and determine strategy to repair and rebuild • Own preventative maintenance and extensive repairs; diagnose problems, plan and complete work required, identify and order parts • Maintain and modify machine tools, conveyors, process equipment, facilities including spindles, pumps, motors, guarding, drives, bearings, lead screws including lubrication fluids and coolant • Apply knowledge of components, devices and equipment used in industrial equipment applications and the related mechanics including various machine tools, measurement devices, lathes Requirements • Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with a Military Machinist Training Course ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: • Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekends • Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Desired Characteristics: • Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing Facility in a technical maintenance role • Strong mechanical and hydraulic fundamental and safety knowledge (schematics, precision measurement tools, LOTO) The base pay range for this position is $36.61 to $41.24 (Inclusive of a $5.28 per hour transition adder). The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for contractually negotiated general wage increases and COLA increases. This position is also eligible for a Night Shift Bonus of $1.00/hour. • The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
