Experience • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment. • Electrical experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with ohmmeters for testing circuits. • Excellent communication skills in English are required for clear interaction with team members and clients.
