Maintenance Electro-Mechanic

You will play a vital role in supporting our Machine Operators and ensuring efficient operations. Your innovative mindset and hands-on expertise will be invaluable in optimizing machine performance and advancing our mission of ridding the world of rubber waste! Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) Hours: 10:30pm- 6:30am Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00/hour, based on experience Shift Differential: additional $2.00/hour. The Impact You'll Make: • Maintain and optimize our machinery responsible for producing sports flooring and essential equipment for daily operations. • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to minimize unexpected downtime. • Expertly handle components like NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro-mechanical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Diagnose malfunctions and determine effective adjustments or repairs. • Collaborate closely with Machine Operators to gain insights into machine issues and apply their expertise to find solutions. • Perform maintenance and repairs on our facility's physical infrastructure, including tasks such as snow removal, basic plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. • Welding experience Stick, Mig. • Working Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics What you'll bring to the table: • An Associate's degree in Electromechanics or a related field, an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance, or a high school diploma/GED coupled with 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machine shop tools. • 2+ years of experience working with control wiring (120/240/480 volts), AC and DC motor drive controls, multi-meters, amp-meters, oscilloscopes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • A valid driver's license and the capability to operate a box truck or flatbed with either a manual or automatic transmission. What You'll Bring To The Table • An associate's degree in Electromechanics or a related field, an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance; or a high school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machine shop tools. • 2 years of experience working with control wiring (120/240/480 volts), AC and DC motor drive controls, multi-meters, amp-meters, oscilloscopes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a box truck or flatbed with either a manual or automatic transmission. • Proven ability to multitask in a stressful environment. • Ability to perform basic math functions. • Forklift and/or hoist experience. • Must be safety-conscious and perform work responsibilities safely. • Ability to work overtime to meet operational requirements.
