Maintenance Engineer II

Job Summary The Maintenance Engineer II ensures the functionality, safety, and compliance of healthcare facility systems and equipment by performing advanced maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems, as well as hospital-specific equipment. The Maintenance Engineer II responds to urgent issues, and may assist in supervising entry-level engineers to support the operational efficiency of the facility. Qualifications • Associate Degree or formal training in facility maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred • 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or related roles required • 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or related roles in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas systems). • Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with hospital staff, vendors, and contractors. • Ability to perform operations on high pressure boilers, emergency generators, and fire alarm panes in an emergency. Licenses and Certifications • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required • Licensed Steam Boiler and Refrigeration within the first six (6) months of employment if applicable by state required • Licensed Maintenance Electrician required or • Certified HVAC Technician required or • PLUMBER - Licensed Plumber required State Specific Requirements • Georgia: CPI - Nonviolent Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training certification required.

Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer supports the plant in producing a high-quality product at the lowest possible cost through continuous improvements and problem-solving activities throughout the plant. The QE will work to maximize customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining robust Quality Systems and processes using principles of Quality Engineering and Statistical techniques to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways. Crestview Aerospace Overview Crestview Aerospace manufactures complex assemblies and parts for use in various aerospace applications. We offer an integrated manufacturing process that delivers fabricated parts, in-house processing and complex assemblies for both fixed and rotarywing aircraft. We serve leading OEMs such as Boeing, Bell, and Northrop Grumman on key programs including CH-47, V-22, and E-2. Crestview Aerospace operates facilities in St. Louis, MO and is headquartered in Crestview, FL and employs approximately 350 professionals between both sites. Essential Job Functions • Effectively manages quality aspects of assigned programs and customer(s). • Leads cross-functional teams in 8D or other problem-solving methodology to effectively resolve customer and internal quality complaints and concerns. • Provide timely investigation, response and follow up to product quality issues, manufacturing concerns/complaints or requests related to product information, and incoming inspection for outsourced components. • Support and coach other team members on Defect Reduction Team through disciplined root cause analysis and corrective action plans with internal and external customers • Ensure Corrective Actions for supplier, Internal and customer concerns are effective, documented, implemented and closed in a timely manner. Validates effective implementation. • Champion scrap reduction plans and improve First Time Quality (FTQ) in the plant. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility as well as lead or facilitate scrap reduction activities. • Publish/Review Quality Alerts and Notice of Escapements for customer, internal and supplier issues. • Participates in maintaining the MRB product hold area current, providing data analysis, root cause problem solving for correctivepreventative action, as well as timely / accurate reporting to Quality Management and/or plant leadership. • Facilitates customer requested assessment audits with the internal and external team to ensure checklist completions and Assessment readiness. • Analyze data and provide solutions/recommendations for product and process improvements • Update and maintain Customer and corporate online systems to comply with requirements • Assist with developing and maintaining procedures and instructions to meet the AS9100/ISO 9001:2015 standard along with the AIAG industry guidelines. • Support Internal, External System Audits, conduct process, supplier, systems, and product audits to identify opportunities for improvement support with solutions to potential issues. Maintain Internal Auditor certification. • Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality assurance concepts and quality control activities, as assigned. • Contribute to quality, health, safety, and environmental maintenance • Support new program startup activities, as assigned • Perform other duties as assigned Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management • Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and all levels of the Crestview organization • Experience in machine manufacturing, sheet metal and structural sub-assembly manufacturing • Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision • Ability to travel, as required, to customers and/or suppliers in support of Management Reviews or vendor assessments • Advanced computer skills to include MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe. • Experience with NetInspect, Epicor and PowerBI preferred. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Standards • Basic knowledge of applicable quality management systems • Strong statistical and analytical skills • Support root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions Professional Requirements, QualificationsDesired Competencies: • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical degree/quality certification, along with a minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience, preferred. • ASQ Quality Engineering Certification with 5-7 years of quality and/or engineering related experience in a manufacturing environment • Lean Manufacturing experience, minimum SSGB preferred Work Environment: • Primarily works in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and production equipment. • Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials. • May involve occasional travel to suppliers or other company locations.
