Job Description I. BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Performs a variety of duties assisting in the development of mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering fabrications, modifications, assemblies and components. To apply standard practices and techniques in mechanical disciplines in providing support for ongoing manufacturing, engineering and related technical projects and programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Manually remove machining imperfections from metal components. Sand, deburr, polish, grind, and clean metal parts using hand and power tools. Install a variety of hardware using a mix of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools. Ability to read and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Inspects parts on the shop floor and stacks parts in storage cabinets. Review and understand blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, and work instructions Performs other related duties as assigned. #ASFSRequired Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity Ability to use basic hand tools like grinders, polishers, and belt sanders. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical fabrication, installation drawings, and follow work instructions. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $38192 - $61108 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Mechanical Engineer- Electronics Packaging Design

Job Summary: Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for researching, developing, designing, and testing a wide range of mechanical assemblies supporting power conversion electronics and power systems designed for extreme military environments. Essential Functions: • Develop innovative packaging concepts that meet customer requirements. • Support bid and proposal activity in a team with electrical design and test engineers. • Lead a mechanical design team developing final drawings. • Develop non-recurring and recurring cost estimates. • Develop test procedures to verify compliance to requirements and design validity. • Utilize Solid Modeling and Finite Element Analysis software. • Direct the work of designers, drafters, and technicians as required. • Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods. • Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. • Recommend test equipment for design verification and production testing. • Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Minimum Qualifications: • 4-8 years of directly related experience. • B.S. in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering. • Solid knowledge of Solid Modeling and Finite Element Analysis software. • Excellent mechanical, analytical, and technical skills. • Experience reviewing technical drawings. • Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Ability to work as an individual contributor or team player. • Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Mechanical Design and Development Specialist

Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineering Intern will perform engineering duties in researching, planning, designing, and developing the mechanical aspects of products for use in aerospace or electronics marketplace. The intern will work on new product designs, modernization, and upgrades, as well as perform extensive analyses to ensure cost, quality, and customer requirements. Responsibilities: • Design, analyze, and test 3D printed power supply cases using high-performance plastics • Design and test tooling/fixturing for manufacturing proximity sensors & switches Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills in a team environment, and be project-oriented and able to multi-task. Knowledge/proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint, is also required.
