Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical problems on boats, motors, and trailers. • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. • Install accessory items such as batteries, cables, and propellers. • Assist customers with technical questions to help them understand their products. • Attend technical training to improve skills and achieve higher levels of certification. • Perform water tests with customers to verify work performed. • Stay up-to-date with painting processes, decal application, and fiberglass repairs. • Perform rigging as required.
