Key Responsibilities • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, ducts, and piping. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized HVAC equipment safely and effectively. • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions to complete assigned tasks. • Support senior technicians and foremen by preparing materials, loading/unloading equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized job site. • Troubleshoot and identify issues under supervision, learning advanced repair techniques. • Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols. • Lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces as required. • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand technical skills. Qualifications • Experience: 1-5 years of HVAC, mechanical, or construction experience (apprenticeship or related training acceptable) preferred. • Technical Skills: Understanding of HVAC principles, blueprint reading, and safe tool/equipment use. • Certifications: MEWP certification, forklift operator certification, fall protection certification required or provided • Valid driver's license • Soft Skills: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. • Physical Requirements: Able to work in various weather conditions, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
