Mechanical Project Manager

Our Mechanical Project Managers are responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all mechanical construction activities on our projects. This position will involve collaboration with our mechanical trades superintendents as well as various subcontractors and members of the RQ team. Qualifications include: • A 4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required for this position. • Courses in project management, construction management, mechanical trade school, BIM and CADD, etc. preferred. • Five or more years work experience as a Mechanical Project Manager responsible for numerous projects and sizes (of the mechanical scope) of at least $5,000,000 (commercial/government) required. • Five or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience with mechanical systems highly desirable; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Work in the design-build industry is preferred. • Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6) preferred. Training can be provided. • Specific software literacy (BIM) preferred. Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their client's esteemed team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role is pivotal within the organization, as the selected candidate will lead the mechanical design department, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and client-ready design packages. Machine Maintenance Specialist - Mechanical

Job Overview The Machine Maintenance Specialist will focus on implementing predictive maintenance technologies on the central facility and production equipment in a highly automated medical production facility. Main Responsibilities • Develop and implement WI (Work Instruction), and Standard Operation Procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing & facility equipment. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems of automated equipment including injection molding machines, intralogistics systems, automated assembly equipment, etc. • Assist the facility technicians in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems of facility equipment including air compressors, chillers, process water systems, etc. • Help to identify mechanical design changes and technologies inside this equipment to create predictive tools for finding component failures before they occur. • Contributes to project teams to ensure the successful completion of team objectives. • Identifies training needs and develops training and standard operating procedures for employees to ensure the effective use of continuous process improvement methodologies. • Conducts safety audits and observations throughout the continuous improvement process, to ensure safe practices are not sacrificed by procedural changes or process modifications. • Find solutions to problem areas in existing operational procedures. • Identifies/communicates/overcomes obstacles that may prohibit meeting production requirements. • Promotes a clean/safe workplace. Skills and Qualification • Associate of Applied Science Degree, apprenticeship graduate, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining automated manufacturing equipment and performing component repairs/rebuilds. • Experience utilizing prints, schematics, and documentation for troubleshooting issues. • Minimum 10 years of experience in highly automated manufacturing environment with focus on troubleshooting equipment and driving improvement ideas for increased reliability. • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within multi-discipline teams for troubleshooting and documenting issues. • Excellent in troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems with various mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems that require fine adjustment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex mechanical / sequencing issues. • Ability to understand complex process chains in manufacturing equipment.
