Job Description The primary objective of this position is to ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of machinery and equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining production/manufacturing equipment and machinery. Key duties and responsibilities include: • Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment • Performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service • Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment • Executing simple machinist duties and responsibilities • Utilizing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair skills to address production machine issues • Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service • Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and making adjustments as needed • Conducting regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities • Performing plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as required Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including gearboxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings, and product manuals • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and read mechanical drawings • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, including parts search, WO tasks, parts checkout, creating WOs, and ordering parts • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, time management, organizational, and priority management skills • Ability to work within an integrated operating enterprise and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform calibrations, installation, and maintenance of process and analytical instrumentation • Willingness to work variable schedules and adapt to changing priorities Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending account, retirement savings plan with match, short-term disability, long-term disability, group critical accident insurance, group critical illness insurance, employee assistance plan, and paid time off (PTO) after 90 days.
