Provide detailed reports to management on work completed and any potential issues and place part requests for items used. • Implement machine upgrades or modifications to improve functionality, efficiency, or safety in line with industry standards and company goals. • Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance to junior mechanics on machinery operation, safety standards, and maintenance practices. Job Qualifications • Certification in Industrial Maintenance (e.g., NIMS, HVAC, or equivalent) is a plus. • Associate's degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
