Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing switch matrices that route multiple radio frequency (RF) signals. Your expertise will be crucial in creating 3D model layouts of the entire matrix and its components, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM) principles are upheld. Additionally, you will design custom semi-rigid cables, sheet metal components, and select the necessary hardware. Your role will also involve creating assembly documentation and providing support during integration and testing. Responsibilities • Design switch matrix layouts to support DFM principles and serviceability, including the mechanical attachment of various components such as switches, amplifiers, couplers, mixers, control boards, power supplies, and front/rear panel connections. Hardware and fastener selection will be an integral part of your design process, and the utilization of standard chassis options is encouraged. • Utilize 3D CAD software to create models of the switch matrix, utilizing datasheets and actual RF components when necessary. • Develop 3D CAD models of the entire switch matrix to facilitate custom part design and assembly documentation • Design sheet metal parts to support internal components and connections, ensuring familiarity with manufacturing processes in the sheet metal industry. Familiarity with existing components available for use is also important. • Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency • Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations Qualifications • Expert Level: Requires 5+ years of experience and a BS in Mechanical Engineering. • Career Level: BS Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience • Entry Level. Background and comfort with math/technical fields as well as general office environment. • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Compensation and Benefits: • The pay rate is $32.00-$42.00/hour, DOE. Project Manager - Loveland, CO

About the position The Special Projects Project Manager at MTech Mechanical is responsible for managing the operation of assigned construction projects, ensuring effective coordination among engineering, clients, subcontractors, and field managers. This role involves overseeing project changes, budget management, and maintaining communication with upper management. The Project Manager is expected to lead preplanning efforts, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards while promoting MTech's business values and culture. Responsibilities • Manage the operation of assigned construction projects. , • Coordinate all aspects of the job with engineering, clients, subcontractors, and field managers. , • Make decisions regarding job changes and communicate these with upper management. , • Lead the preplanning effort including shop drawings, value engineering, prefabrication, mobilization, and material handling. , • Manage changes needed on the project and organize and complete changes as required. , • Responsible for job setup, budget input, and budget formulation. , • Assist in contract review and negotiations. , • Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, codes, addendums, and estimates for completeness and clarity. , • Establish objectives and provide overall direction of each project with field managers. , • Conduct ongoing reviews and update short interval goals throughout the project. , • Monitor the purchase of all major equipment and oversee material purchases to ensure budgets are on track. , • Update and distribute job schedules and manpower requirements with input from field managers. , • Submit specification and documentation of equipment purchased to the general contractor and involved parties. , • Participate in the training process by teaching and/or preparing classes when needed. , • Coordinate all subcontractor drawings, submittals, billings, and insurance documents. , • Act as a liaison between clients and MTech Mechanical. , • Fulfill all project manager duties related to safety management and risk management. , • Apply for all necessary permits and inspections. , • Prepare schedule of values and billing projections, and review and approve invoices for payment. , • Coordinate with Project Engineers in the documentation and distribution of as-builts and operation and maintenance manuals. , • Lead field managers and subcontractors in solving project problems. , • Facilitate QA/QC process and ensure project team members are engaged in generating necessary documentation. , • Estimate, negotiate, and implement all changes in the project scope, coordinating with all parties involved. , • Collect retention and delinquent funds, and generate revenue forecasts for assigned projects. , • Coordinate building system and temperature controls reviews prior to construction and assist in resolving identified issues. , • Close out the job by submitting required paperwork and communicating with the field. Requirements • Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural Engineering degree required. , • 5-7 years of construction background at a supervisory level, preferably in Northern Colorado. , • Solid background in commercial mechanical construction project management. , • Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels within the organization. , • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. , • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. , • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Senior Controls Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Controls Engineer with a team first mentality to join CSR. CSR is a premier systems integrator in northern Colorado. CSR offers turnkey solutions to a diverse customer base. The position involves all aspects of Control Systems Engineering, Information Systems development, and Project Management.
