Position Summary: The Team Leader will oversee team operations and supervise team members, directing design professionals within their discipline while collaborating with other teams at PEC to develop high-quality engineering solutions for our clients. Working closely with the Vice President or Practice Lead, the Team Leader is responsible for workload planning, risk and financial management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. License and Certification: • Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
